This paper discusses one of the projects in Electronic Communications II course which gives students the opportunity to think and apply their knowledge in electronics, communications and mathematics to design, build and test frequency modulated communication transmitter. The course is also designed to meet ABET general criteria 3: Student Outcomes (b, d, e). The transmitter consists of four blocks.
