It was also sought to detect aspects related to the needs of small farmers, highlighting its contribution to the formation of income and the absorption of labor. In order to do so, the methodological approach of the single case study in dairy production, located in the Globo Recreio Region, was used to identify its main characteristics, namely the knowledge and the needs of producers in relation to technologies, control of expenses and production, what adaptations would be necessary for such investment, consequently aiding in decision making, among other topics relevant to research. It was noted that owners have knowledge of the innovations and that they can contribute and improve production and well-being, but there are some difficulties in adopting such technologies. It was observed that there is a partial control of production and costs, but no tool is used to systematize the processes. ABSTRACT Today, companies are constantly seeking information that helps them to make decisions and analyze the actions they take, always looking for differentials and opportunities available that help in the measurement and interpretation of the information that is obtained. This paper seeks to answer the following question: Which perspectives that make up the Balanced Scorecard of the steel company analyzed reflect the proposal developed by Kaplan and Norton? The objective of this study is to analyze whether the Balanced Scorecard of the company XYZ was developed according to the methodology of Kaplan and Norton, doing this with the information made available by the company, taking into account the whole structure presented. Regarding the methodology, the research was descriptive, case study, qualitative and being cross-sectional. Relevant research topics such as: strategic planning, corporate strategies, Porter model, Balanced Scorecard, learning and growth perspective, internal process perspective, client perspective, financial perspective and strategic maps were discussed. In view of the analyzes, it was verified that the methodology used by the company XYZ fits in the proposal of Kaplan and Norton. ABSTRACT This paper discusses how a subject can draw the attention of politicians and bureaucrats and be in the government's agenda-setting. The objective is to present the projects that emerged from the proposals of the Economic Development Council (Codem), with emphasis on those that became part of the political agenda of the local government of Maringá and foreseen in the multiannual plans. The research is empirical-theoretical, descriptive, case study regarding the research strategy, whose empirical object is the Codem and the data were collected through interviews and information published on the portal of the municipality. The results showed the Codem proposals that entered the agenda and were included in the PPA as ISS Technological Program, Prodem/company and Incubator Technological and others by municipal laws. It is concluded that this process is permeated by the conflict in which some subjects enter the agenda while others end up being discarded. ABSTRACT Social control is defined as the citizen participation in the management and supervision of the actions of the Public Administration, with legal guarantee in Brazil. The Health Councils are permanent and deliberative, composed of representatives of government, service providers, professionals and users, acting in the formulation of strategies and in controlling the execution of policies in the corresponding instance. The Rational State is synonymous with the Modern, a connection of superiority of men over others, supported by legitimate coercion. A fully efficient bureaucracy is an ideal type, an optimal structure that must be sought at the state level, its legitimation being taken as rational-legal domination. The objective of this research is to verify the level of social control practiced by the State Health Council of Pernambuco in 2017 and relate it to Weber's bureaucracy theory. The methodological procedure was composed of bibliographical review and documentary research through the analysis of official deliberations approved by resolutions and summaries of minutes, because the former are precursors to the implementation of the regimental attributions in real life and the latter are sources of information about the issues discussed. ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship does not mean opening a physical company. Entrepreneurship is linked to the actions of the individual, is being an entrepreneur. It is about having entrepreneurial characteristics and showing to the world innovative ideas, that usually go against what is established as something unusual. Competitions, conferences, events, lectures, all this is valid and has been used as a tool to inspire entrepreneurship to people by institutions or by successful entrepreneurs. This research was developed from the realization that Administration students of the State University of Mato Grosso, Diamantino campus, knew little about tools that are frequently used in the business world nowadays. Thus, an event was organized, "Entrepreneurial Journey", to inspire entrepreneurship to scholars through interactive activities and applicability of the Canvas tool, created by Osterwalder in 2004, to develop innovative business models. The event was designed with adaptations to the reality of the campus and lasted four evenings. The results were that the students could develop business with differentials. And through research of evaluation of the event, it was possible to notice that the Canvas tool has contributed to participants both professionally and the personally.
