The effect of additives on polysulfone membrane performance in peat water filtration was investigated. Polysulfone membrane was prepared by immersion precipitation from quarternary membrane systems containing N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) as solvent, polyethylene glycol (PEG) and acetone as additives. The performance of membrane was evaluated by pure water flux and humic acid rejection.
