The synthesis of amoxicillin derivate has been done by reacting amoxicillin with 4t-butylbenzoil chloride. The products were characterized by organoleptic test, melting point determination, TLC, UV/Vis Spectrophotometry, AND FTIR Spectrophotometry. Further, the antibiotics activity test of amoxicillin derrivate against Salmonella typhi were tested by using diffusion method.
