Lifestyle coaching has become one of the most effective lifestyle development programs for the prevention of non-communicable chronic diseases worldwide. This research aims to 1) increase life skill development and transferability of lifestyle coaches, and 2) change lifestyle behaviors of diabetes and hypertension in at-risk groups.
