The analysis technique is a descriptive, classical assumption, and regression analysis to confirm the path analysis on the structural equation model. The results of the study show that the role of work discipline is the basis for employees to create better individual performance, meaning that the implementation of servant leadership requires aspects of work discipline which ultimately have an impact on employee performance.
