In addition, the conversation was recorded verbatim, and the scenes where positive emotions occurred were clarified from the context. As a result, situations where positive emotion appeared were classified into 11 groups: [greeting], [assignment selection and decision], [conversation that showed interest to the participant], [challenge of the task], [understanding and implementing the procedure], [discovery of folding procedure], [completion of the work], [being praised], [a glimpse of the personality of the staff], [giving thanks], [telling the thinking]. In addition, the issues of conducting mood analysis by voice in care scenes, such as collecting voice data without noise and the fact that such data are difficult to use when there are few utterances, were clarified.
