At the same time, with an increase in the degree of bioclimatic comfort to the category "Very good", there is a tendency for a decrease in mortality. With the transition to the "Excellent" category, there is a slight increase in mortality. A similar result for some components of the HCI and the ratings of these components was obtained. It is proposed to make adjustments in determining the degree of comfort of bioclimatic index scales for the population, taking into account local social and climatic conditions.
