ABSTRAK Ekstrak daun kelor dengan larutan penyari etanol 50% memiliki aktivitas sebagai antioksidan, tabir surya serta penghambatan enzim tirosinase. Khasiat tersebut dioptimalkan pemanfaatannya dengan mengformulasikan dalam sediaan krim tipe A/M. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi ekstrak daun kelor dengan larutan penyari etanol 50% terhadap sifat fisik sediaan. Daun kelor diekstraksi dengan etanol 50% menggunakan metode maserasi. Ekstrak diformulasikan dalam krim tipe A/M dengan 3 variasi konsentrasi yaitu 1%(FI), 3%(FII), 5%(FIII). Krim dievaluasi sifat fisik diantaranya daya sebar, daya lekat, pH, viskositas, dan stabilitas sediaan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan konsentrasi ekstrak etanol daun kelor memiliki pengaruh terhadap sifat fisik krim A/M yaitu dapat meningkatkan daya sebar (p<0,05), menurunkan pH (p<0,05), daya lekat (p<0,05) , viskositas (p<0,05).
