This paper presents the collaborative learning environment with sharing knowledge-based in Tele-immersion. It supports learners have natural interaction, perception and better real experience through working over wide networks of immersed virtual environments. For sharing knowledge, the multi-layer virtual room's model is discussed. It provides a formal model for representing students' knowledge and describing the structure of a domain of knowledge.
