Turning research to diagnose the problem and determine the indicators and standards, after a study of the current status of the internal structure of the city. Follow the search inductive approach to learn and identify the problem, then the analytical method for the diagnosis of the reasons that led to this problem, then access to a set of results that can be generalized in other cities, and finally reached Find a set of recommendations.
