Theory and Methods: This study used VIKOR method to make the right choice among the candidates based on conflicting criteria, and fuzzy logic was used to make the results more reliable. Results: The results have revealed that alternative 4 is the most appropriate candidate for the job position based on the five conflicting criteria. Conclusion: Human resources should observe how well the candidate fits to the criteria they identified while selecting personnel. Organisations may have difficulty in making healthy choices among candidates when recruiting personnel and may also have difficulty in making the right decision among the criteria determined when choosing personnel. At this point, multi-criteria decision-making methods, which supports businesses, function as an important tool.
