On behalf of the members of the organizing committee, we wish you a warm welcome to the 21st International Symposium on Real-Time Computing (ISORC 2018), being held in Singapore from 29-31 May 2018. This year, ISORC will be held in the beautiful Yunnan garden campus of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), which is a 200-hectare lush green campus located in the west end of Singapore.
