This study examined the working conditions and interventions of health extension workers in the two selected rural kebeles found in Sarbo District, South-Western Ethiopia. The qualitative research approach utilized owing to the nature of the study in which four health extension workers interviewed in-depth and key informant interviews used as methods. Data were analyzed and interpreted by using qualitative methods of data analysis with triangulation in the thematic method.
