Field experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance of thirteen new cultivars of gladiolus according to farmers preference in the flower growing area of Nadia district, West Bengal. The experiment was conducted in Randomized Block Design in 2 X 2 m 2 plots. Both the floral characters and post harvest characters were considered for analysis, but the farmers preference was given the ultimate importance.
