This study aimed at knowing the level of specialty satisfaction and its relation to the self-esteem of the students in the Department of Educational Sciences of the University of Petra. In order to accomplish the objective of this study, a specialty satisfaction scale was established covering 30 items. Also, Rosenberg scale of 10 items was used to measure self-esteem.
