Munchausen syndrome by proxy is a psychiatric condition and form of child abuse in which a caregiver, usually a mother, induces illness in a child to gain attention for herself. Here, we reported an 8-month-old girl who presented with spontaneous bleeding from ear, eye and gastrointestinal system.
