Experiences Of The Mentoring Relationship: A Study In A Mining Company

The purpose of this study was to investigate the experiences of mentors and mentees with regard to the mentoring relationship in the South African organisational context. A convenience sampling method was used to involve mentors and mentees as participants (N = 10). Qualitative methods were used to collect and analyse data on the respondents' experiences of the mentoring relationship.
