ACTIVE VIBRATION ISOLATION OF MECHANICAL VIBRATION IN RAILWAY PASSENGER CAR
2015
Scientific Journal of Silesian University of Technology. Series Transport
This paper presents an attempt of numerical description of the active vibration isolation system of railway passenger car. Computer simulations were performed for different speeds of the passenger car riding along the same track. Formal basis to solve the formulated research problem was achieved by using the law and the principles of mechanics and control theory. Model results clearly indicate that the use of active vibration reduction systems in rail transport can significantly increase comfort
