Celebrity/Employee Confidentiality Agreements: How to Make Them Work

It has come to light in recent years that confidentiality agreements between celebrities and their employees do not effectively protect celebrity privacy. Even celebrities as rich and powerful as David and Victoria Beckham and Michael Jackson have been unable to use confidentiality agreements to stop the publication of embarrassing information. Mechanisms that might discourage employees from breaching confidentiality agreements, or to contain it should a breach occur, are discussed.
