UTILIZATION OF INDONESIAN LOCAL STANNIC CHLORIDE (SnCl4) PRECURSOR IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING FLUORINE-DOPED TIN OXIDE (FTO) CONDUCTIVE GLASS.
