Ergonomic Analysis of Driver Posture of an E-Rickshaw

The aim of this paper is to find the ergonomic risk related to Indian e-rickshaw and do the needed changes and improvements for the development of a new design of the e-rickshaw which ergonomically useful for its drivers. The ergonomic risk is calculated by analyzing the different postures gained by the drivers. The tool used for this purpose is RULA (rapid upper limb assessment). Though E-rickshaws are environment friendly but hazardous to safety measures for human life and property due to its dimensional drawbacks.
