The method used focus group discussion, lecturing, discussing, demonstrating, eksploration, and presenting the teacher's task in lesson plan for biology learning process use local potency in their environment. This community service program gave the positive impact for the teachers because the results showed that they had new knowledge and skills to make a learning biology problem orientation based on constructivism use local potency.
