We introduce two Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) classifiers optimized for inferring brain states from magnetoencephalographic (MEG) measurements. Network design follows a generative model of the electromagnetic (EEG and MEG) brain signals allowing explorative analysis of neural sources informing classification.
