This project approach the problem of the distribution of goods, where the scientific community has devoted much effort to the resolution of theoretical problems of node coverage, which has led to very complex and highly specialized algorithms that solve the theoretical problem very well for which have been designed, but are not applicable to real problems, both because they are not adaptable to real constraints and because of their response time and technological infrastructure requirements.
