Immunological Variations in Epileptic Children

Epilepsy is one of the most frequent neurological problems. Despite of the advances and improvements in treatment of seizure disorders, immunological alterations such as immunoglobulins and complements have been measured. The levels of IgG in epileptic patients are found to be higher than controls. The levels of IgA, IgM, C 3 and C 4 were found to be lower in all the controls. Student's t-test were also applied.
