Epiphora is an annoying symptom embarrassing the patient socially and functionally and is the main symptom of NLDO. This study was conducted to compare the success rate of External DCR with and without silicone intubation. A total of 40 cases were taken for the study.20 cases underwent DCR with intubation and 20 cases underwent DCR without intubation. Syringing was done on the 1 st postoperative day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 6 months after surgery. Success rate was evaluated by grading
