Implementation of a web-system for processing consumers' appeals

This article describes the implementation of a web-system. This system provides the automation of processing consumers' appeals about food products quality. These appeals can contain information about discovered defect, such as contamination of foreign bodies or requests to improve product quality in a certain way. FUNCTIONALITY The system is aimed at consumer's appeals processing, in particular editing the created appeal, changing the status of appeals, attaching documents and photos, redirecting appeals to the target department, as well as filtering, sorting, and exporting data, user management, creating and editing directories information, such as a list of departments, factories, products, brands, stores.
