The Sustainable Development Goals plan was recognized by all individuals from the United Nations in 2012 at Rio De Janeiro with an expect to propel a sound and created future for the planet and its people. It was in 2015 the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were embraced with 17 goals; with SDGs Goal No.13 addressing earnest activities to combat climate change and its impact in all topographical elements including arid areas. The paper is an attempt to give an overview of the Arid region, climate vulnerability, and to identify the main challenges which climate change presents to the region's future development. The paper further explores the impact of climate change in an arid area and the variation and alleviation ways to deal with address the worries of climate change and closes with methods of freeing the impact from climate change in a parched Rajasthan.
