Two highly simple, sensitive and rapid derivative spectrophotometric methods were developed for the estimation of efavirenz and nevirapine in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage forms. The standard and sample solutions were prepared using methanol and distilled water in the ratio of 40:60 (azeotropic mixture).
