The open-ended questions are then developed and used to interview selected targets, who have more than 10 years of experience in their career path. According to the in-depth interviews, the comments are then used to synthesize model named "SEED of WISDOM: Agile Project Management and sent back to the experts for model approval. SEED is the 4 main management concepts of the model which are Scheme, Execute, Evaluate and Develop. WISDOM is the 6 processes.
