Many of the jurisprudential maters are extracted based on the principle of precaution in the jurisprudence books, but despite this they are devoid of stating the details about working with it. So when religious scholars graduate from religious schools after reading those books of jurisprudence and go to society, they use it in most contemporary jurisprudential issues.
