Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of body image distortion on mental health in adolescents. Methods: Using statistics from 13th (2017) Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey, complex samples logistic regression was conducted. The study sample comprised 49,180 adolescents. Results: The prevalence of subjects with body image distortion was 50.5% in this study.
