Timothy J. (Tim) Ewer is a Senior Development Engineer at Demag Delaval Turbomachinery, in Trenton, New Jersey. He has been with Delaval for the past 18 years as a Solid Mechanics Engineer in the R&D Department. The first 10 years of that time were devoted to work on submarine main condenser design for the Delaval Condenser Division. The past eight years' work has focused on steam turbines, more specifically, on turbine component standardization and blade design and analysis. Mr. Ewer received
