術前動注化学療法が奏効した原発性ちつ癌の1例
arterial chemotherapy with CDDP and THP-ADM was administered to a patient with squamous call carcinoma of the vagina (T2NxMo) by Selginger's method. The left uterine artery was occluded, and 50mg of CDDP and 20mg of THP-ADM were injected twice into the right uterine artery. MR' showed that the tumor size was redused to 61.2% in the sagital view and 52.1% in the transverse view. The SCC level decreased markedly after two intra-arterial infusiona. Radical hysterectomy was then performed. The
