ŞEMSETTİN SAMİ'NİN ORHON YAZITLARI ÜZERİNE ETİMOLOJİ DENEMELERİ

After Orchon Inscriptions had deciphered by V. Thomsen in 1893, Necip Asim and Şemsettin Sami worked in Ottoman Empire firstly. Şemsettin Sami studied completely for the first time in 1903. But this work published 2011. He built his work on W. Radloff and V. Thomsen's works. But he criticized on many issues him. Şemsettin Sami's etymological expreiments were studied in this paper. Divanu Lugati't-Turk wasn't found and vocabularies of Turkic languages wasn't revealed in that period.
