This case study is designed to explore the process of implementation of co curricular management at secondary schools among 10 teachers who are involved as a group of co-curricular management in two states Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. This study was implemented based on management theories Stoner, Freedmen and Gilbert (1995) and also Gulick's principle of management (1954) with minor alterations to fit the study needs.
