Among other things, this study focuses on the acquisition of knowledge that humans gradually form through their experience of "working". In this study, we collected data on the work of research students during transitional stages of intelligence formation through interviews. As a result, effective intentions and actions were specifically extracted to form and grow human wisdom. Although it was a limited investigation, it is significant that the complex relationships of human will and action were specifically identified as a starting point to clarify the optimal collaboration between AI and humans.
