A small inflammation of the joints is an extraordinary sign of tuberculosis. We report a case of tuberculosis introducing as an inflammation of the wrist joint. This case highlights the challenges of diagnosing TB-related joint pain because it has a difficult onset, a lack of established manifestations, unremarkable early physical findings and a continued lack of associated aspiratory inclusion.
