OBJECTIVES The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effects of a core training program on functional movement screen, skill performance, competitive state anxiety, and trait sport confidence of college football players.METHODS College football players were divided into core training (<i>n</i>=25) and control (<i>n</i>=16) groups.
