The influence of phytase added in diet for fattening chickens on the meat quality, was examined during the feed experiment. The experimental examinations were done on the chickens of Arbor Acres strain. There were 440 chickens in the experiment, divided into the 4 experimental groups considering the levels of mineral sources of phosphorus and phytase added into the diet.
