Students are in such a competitive busy world that they have to struggle with lot of stressors in their daily life. This may affect their achievement in schools and future life and also lead to psychosomatic illness. So the present study focused on the importance and effectiveness of giving progressive muscle relaxation for students to reduce their academic stress.
