The dental cavity is a multifactorial disease, infectious, transmissible, dependent diet that produces the demineralization of the tooth enamel and accompanies humankind since immemorial times. Measuring this disease in the population is difficult, but it becomes necessary, since it helps in the elaboration of strategies for implantation and evaluation of measures for prevention and control.
