Given the growing demand for various energies and the crisis of the end of the adoption of fossil fuels in the near future, the world needs to be an effective alternative to reduce pollution caused by the use of fossil fuels and thus reduce greenhouse gases and prevent environmental degradation. the aim of this study is to investigate the the amount of energy saving in the use of sustainable energy, the photovoltaic system is one of the last achievements in solar energy consumption to produce
more » ... mption to produce the electricity required for buildings, which is considered in this research. the method of this study is based on introducing a building sample in Mashhad city according to the definition of conventional house and the calculation of its energy consumption as a representative of a building in this area. then with the ladybug software, the maximum power generation is calculated by panels which are calculated from the optimization angle and optimized distance. according to these results and with the proposed improvements, the photovoltaic panels can be saved up to 16737.21 kWh per house using photovoltaic panels. according to the general energy consumption of a common house with Six levels ( 29618.25 kW per year), 56.5 percent of the electrical energy can be provided by photovoltaic panels.
