Milk is primary source of nutrition. It contains dissolved carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, fats, minerals like Calcium, Magnesium, and Sodium. Calcium is the most abundant mineral in human body. It is important for biological processes. The aim of the present study was to determine the amount of calcium in milk samples from different sources and the effect of heat on Calcium content.
