Ocular metastasis is a rare manifestation of carcinoma. A 61 year old male patient with squamous cell carcinoma lung presented with history of decreased vision left eye. His detailed ocular examination revealed choroidal metastasis in left eye and MRI brain showed orbital metastasis.
