これからの学校における教員の「役割」について : 学校内外の協働関係構築における課題に注目して

Abstract:In this study, We examined the role that today s teachers were demanded from by the current situation of the work of the teacher and the trend of the recent school education policy. "The way of working reform of today s Japanese busy teachers is discussed, and the design of the team school by the collaboration with other professions is shown. more » ... 1980s, and the policy of the community school is pushed forward in the 2000s. Then, as the role that today s teachers were demanded from, the construction of the collaboration relations inside and outside the school with the team school is important. And following two can summarize the problem to need it to wrestle a teacher to push forward this construction : ① condition maintenance such as the making of system inside and outside the school based on the common understanding of each main constituent (adults) engaged in education of the child, ② the making of human relations of each main constituent and the innovation of teacher culture in the school. About the reform of the work of the teacher, it is necessary to reconsider the specialty of the teacher in consideration of carrying the role to deal with two problems in the new professions construction type of future school.
