This article is intended to give brief critical resumes of recent Italian investigations and discussions concerning child study and related subjects of psychological or pedagogical interest. No attempt a t exhausting contemporary literature has been made and the works discussed are such as the present writer has found, either through his own ex erience, or that of others, to be of more than passing worth.
