Job insecurity is the concern of employees losing their jobs. Burnout is the mental fatigue that employees experience at work. Job insecurity threatens organizations as a factor that raises employees' burnout levels. For this reason, the study addresses the relationship between employees' perceptions of job insecurity and job burnout. The data obtained from the questionnaire were subjected to factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. According to the results, it has been found that employees' perceptions of job insecurity is significantly and positively related totheir job burnout.
