Job insecurity is the concern of employees losing their jobs. Burnout is the mental fatigue that employees experience at work. Job insecurity threatens organizations as a factor that raises employees' burnout levels. For this reason, the study addresses the relationship between employees' perceptions of job insecurity and job burnout.
