In the sanatorium setting a research was conducted. It dealt with the effectiveness of the ozone therapy among the patients of perimenopausal age who have the discircular encephalopathy of the first and the second stage. Two groups were singled out against the scope of the therapy. The basic group included 50 patients, who beside the multimodality sanatorium therapy of the discircular encephalopathy got 1 course of the ozone treatment and phyto oestrogen Klimadinon.
